We were incredibly inspired to hear Gary Payton's heartfelt words upon receiving the Home Town Hero Award at the National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) Legends Brunch. His decision to coach at the College of Alameda JuCo stems from a deep desire to positively influence the lives of young people in his community.

It was with this shared passion that Pathfinder Beyond Sports and The Pathways Foundation had the privilege of hosting Coach Payton, his dedicated staff, and the College of Alameda Men’s Basketball Team at the Google SF office. We led a hands-on workshop focused on equipping these student-athletes with the power of Notebook LM and Gemini, demonstrating how these tools can be invaluable in their studies, sports, and daily lives.

A huge thank you to Yesul Shin, Mukai Matsiga, and John Mauro for delivering such an engaging and impactful workshop! The knowledge and skills gained will undoubtedly have a lasting effect.

And our sincere gratitude goes to Coach GP for his unwavering commitment to investing in the future of these student-athletes, shaping them into successful individuals both on and off the court. He's built an impressive team that shares this dedication to their advancement.

We're excited to continue this impactful partnership!
