The day is headlined by Chef Allen Campbell, owner of AC Kitchen and co-author of the TB12 Nutrition Manual with Tom Brady. From Somerville's Mystic public housing to the kitchens of the world's most elite athletes — and back home with one message: your circumstances don't define your ceiling.
