The Pathways Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that creates pathways to opportunity, access, and advancement through sports, technology, and education. We equip underserved youth and transitioning athletes with AI fluency, career-ready skills, and the mentorship to navigate their futures.
We serve underserved high school student-athletes, collegiate and professional athletes in career transition, and the athlete-led nonprofits working in their communities. Our programming spans AI and tech workshops, financial literacy, career development, and professional certifications, all delivered through the lens of sports.
The Hall of Hope is our flagship two-day event in Springfield, MA, the birthplace of basketball. It brings student-athletes together with legends and innovators for AI workshops, on-court training, financial literacy, a Shark Tank-style pitch challenge, and a Gold Jacket Enshrinement at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
