Job description
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Humo’s mission. This role involves close collaboration with field teams, local partners, and donors to ensure measurable impact and long-lasting change in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple programs across regions.
- Work with local partners and community leaders to identify needs and develop effective solutions.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and compliance with donor requirements.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, impact assessments, and success stories for donors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align communications, fundraising, and operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing humanitarian, development, or nonprofit programs.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management, monitoring & evaluation, and donor reporting.
